We do not provide remediation or cleaning services, ensuring unbiased and defensible outcomes.

Mould & Bacterial Testing Services
Air Sampling
Assessment of airborne mould spores and bacterial aerosols, including indoor and outdoor comparative sampling where appropriate. Results are interpreted in context of ventilation effectiveness, moisture conditions, and building usage.

Surface Sampling
Targeted sampling of building materials using swab or contact sampling techniques (if requested) to assess suspected microbial contamination.

Indoor Air Quality Parameter Testing
We assess a range of IAQ indicators relevant to occupant exposure and building performance, including:

DIY Home Mould Test Kit
Our DIY Home Mould Test Kit is designed as a preliminary screening tool for residential occupants concerned about potential mould presence.
