Bacterial and Mold Services provides indoor air quality testing, assessment, and reporting services only. We do not provide remediation, cleaning, or building repair services.


All services are undertaken in accordance with the agreed scope of work. Findings and opinions expressed in reports are based on conditions observed and data collected at the time of
assessment.

 

Disclaimer

  • Results represent conditions at the time of inspection only.

  • Indoor air quality is variable and may change due to weather, occupancy, building operation, and maintenance.

  • No assessment can guarantee the absence of all mould, bacteria, or contaminants.

  • Results must be interpreted in context and do not constitute a medical diagnosis or health assessment.

 

Use of Reports

Reports are prepared for the named client and stated purpose only. Reliance by third parties is not permitted without written consent.
